Field trips

The senior classes are enjoying walking field trips around the community, including trips to the Wilmette train station and the Wilmette fire station. These field trips allow the children to observe local businesses and community helpers in action. The senior classes enjoyed their spring beach walk on May 9, their third seasonal beach walk through Gillson Park allowing the children to observe how the park changes with the seasons.

All school gathering

The All-School Gathering will be held at 4:30 p.m. May 18 at Gillson Park (at the Tot Lot, just south of the tennis courts). Pack a picnic and bring the whole family for some fun in the park. If it’s raining, the event will be cancelled.
