Attorney buys $1.21 million Wilmette home

WILMETTE — Brian M. Schafer and Jeannie K. Schafer sold a home Sept. 11 at 2101 Thornwood Ave. in Wilmette to Ryan M. Roberts and Margaret M. Roberts. The 62-year-old, four-bed, 2.5-bath, 3,230-square-foot home sold for $1.21 million.

Brian Schafer is a partner in Winston & Strawn's corporate department. He attended Georgetown University and Harvard Law School.
