Lincoln Financial Group manager buys Wilmette home

WILMETTE — Jeremy Fife and Jenny Fife purchased a home at 1239 Elmwood Ave. in Wilmette from William P. Marshall and Margaret M. Marshall on August 3. The 97-year-old, four-bedroom, 2.5-bath, 2,687-square-foot home sold for $1.03 million.
Jeremy Fife is a regional manager at Lincoln Financial Group. He earned his bachelor’s degree in international business from Grand Valley State University.
