Citi senior VP buys Wilmette home

WILMETTE — David Hyser and Nancy Werner purchased a home at 509 Central Ave. in Wilmette from Mitchel Wallerstein and Susan Perlik on June 26. The 100-year-old, five-bed, 1.5-bath, 2,700 square foot home sold for $885,000.
David Hyser is a senior vice president at Citi Retail Services. He attended Augustana College.
