Attorney search group president sells Wilmette home

WILMETTE — Simon K. Fairchild and Christel Fairchild purchased a home at 419 10th Street in Wilmette from Arthur D. Gunther and Carol Shukur on July 18. The 97-year-old, four-bed, 2.5-bath, 2,316-square-foot home sold for $750,000.

Simon Fairchild is a managing director at IPD North America. He earned his MS in Economics and Finance from the University of Warwick.

Arthur Gunther is the president at Gunther Group Attorney Search and Placement. He attended the University of California – Berkeley School of Law and the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
