Real estate analyst sells Wilmette home

WILMETTE — Jeffrey D. Yurk and Jacqueline S. Yurk sold a home at 1806 Walnut Avenue in Wilmette to Richard P. Toft (trust) on June 15. The 100-year-old, four-bedroom, three-bath, 2,277-square-foot house was sold for $575,000.
Jeffrey Yurk is a senior analyst at Heitman, a real estate investment management firm. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business.
