Attorney buys Wilmette home
WILMETTE — Matthew S. Ponzi and Ann M. Ponzi purchased a home at 519 Greenleaf Avenue in Wilmette from John Joe Smith and Carol Anne Smith on June 15. The 102-year-old, four-bedroom, three-bath, 2,100-square-foot house was sold for $895,000.
Matthew Ponzi is a partner in the law firm Foran, Glennon, Palandech, Ponzi and Rudloff. He earned his JD from the George Washington University Law School.
