Children’s theater auditions
Children’s Theatre of Winnetka will present the fall production of Disney’s classic “The Little Mermaid.” The production will feature fantastic parts for boys including King Trident, Prince Eric, Sebastian, Flounder, the chef, the fabulous eels, jellyfish and more. There are wonderful parts for many mermaids and other amazing female sea creatures for girls too. Audition, open to all singers, dancers and actors fourth-eighth grade in New Trier Township will take place from 4-5:30 p.m. for children in fourth and fifth grade and from 5:30-7 p.m. for children in sixth-eighth grade Aug. 27 and 28 at Winnetka Community House, 620 Lincoln Ave. Audition materials are available on-line by Aug. 1 at www.childrenstheatrewinnetka.com.
