Real estate banker buys Wilmette home

WILMETTE — Andrew C. Tilmont and Kathleen A. Tilmont purchased a home at 208 Woodbine Ave. in Wilmette from Derek Koenig on July 16. The 91-year-old, five-bedroom, four-bath 3,230-square-foot home sold for $1.08 million.
Andrew Tilmont is a vice president and the director of corporate real estate for BMO Harris Bank. He attended the State University of New York at Albany.
